MER Approval

Neighborhood Council Monthly Expenditure Reports (MERs) are required for all expenditures of public funds. Approval of all expenditures and review of the MERs is required to be voted on by the Neighborhood Council at each months board meeting, prior to submission for any payment requests to the City Clerk.
